Kostas is always at the heart of it, alongside his wife Vivi, his mother, and their close friend Dimitris. Together, they run the kitchen and the taverna as one team — just like a big Greek family should.

Our food is based on locally sourced, fresh ingredients, traditional recipes, and flavours that many of us grew up with. From slow-cooked dishes to classic meze and grilled favourites, everything is prepared with respect for Greek culinary tradition — no shortcuts, no nonsense.
